WANGNENG waste-to-energy plant smart incineration project in Lishui

Since the delivery of hardware deployment, data collection, algorithm deployment, optimization control and debugging projects began on December 20, 2024, EnergyWit Cloud optimization control system has basically completed the operation test, which can meet the needs of continuous operation throughout the day. The developed stable combustion optimization control system can realize the automatic control of waste incineration of Lishui Wangneng Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd., greatly reduce the intensity of manual operation, and greatly improve the stability of the main steam volume, and the other important operation index parameters and environmental protection parameters have been improved to a certain extent, which has played a good leading and exemplary role in the development of waste incineration power generation industry.

The garbage processed by Lishui Company is mainly domestic garbage and kitchen waste, with 600 tons of domestic waste and 300 tons of kitchen waste. At present, the annual processing capacity of domestic waste is 360,000 tons, the pretreatment of kitchen waste is 109,500 tons, and the annual power generation is 178.7 million kWh. The moisture content of the garbage is relatively high in the rainy season, and it is good in the dry season, and there will be leachate backspray.

能宽与丽水旺能环保能源有限公司合作的“浙江旺能智能垃圾焚烧优化AI推广项目”，于2024年12月20日开始硬件部署、数据采集、算法部署、优化控制调试等项目交付以来，云优化控制系统基本完成投运试验，可以满足全天连续投运需求，经长周期运行测试调优，各项指标良好，所开发的稳定燃烧优化控制系统能够实现丽水旺能环保能源有限公司垃圾焚烧的自动控制，大大降低人工操作强度，并在主汽量稳定性上有较大提升，其余重要运行指标参数及环保参数均有一定提升，对垃圾焚烧发电行业的发展起到了较好的引领示范作用。

丽水公司所处理的垃圾主要以生活垃圾和余厨垃圾为主，生活垃圾600吨余厨垃圾300吨。目前年处理生活垃圾能力达36万吨，厨余垃圾预处理10.95万吨，年发电量1.787亿度。垃圾的含水率，雨季渗滤液比较高，旱季较好，有渗滤液回喷。
